The Needle Exchange is done in a private, confidential area where individuals can come in, discard their used needles into the
biohazard bin, and get new, clean needles. This is done at no charge to individuals, and is a free service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Truth about BLEACH
- Not 100% effective in killing HIV in a syringe
- Does not kill Hepatitis C. in a syringe
- Household bleach is only effective for one year after it has been opened
